VALLI PERRINE, MBA:
• Will focus on supporting our local business owners and protecting our Flagler & Canal Street charm.
• Expertise in budget analysis and will provide strong, reliable over-sight of our tax dollars.
• 25 years experience as a Regional Finance Director for Fortune 500 companies.
• Past financial consultant for small businesses and has worked with CFO’s and Business Owners preparing forecasts, pension funds, taxes, and streamlining operational processes.
• Recently completed a 4-year term as Vice Chair on our NSB Economic Development Advisory Board.
• For the last 7 years, Valli Perrine has been involved in Commercial and Residential Real Estate. Through her past work history, she has gained invaluable knowledge of local, city and Florida property laws and codes.
When ELECTED as City Commissioner of Zone 1, Valli Perrine will retire from Real Estate and dedicate all her time to our NSB City Commission Board. Our community deserves a strong, reliable leader like Valli Perrine, one that listens, respects and understands the citizens and our community. Valli Perrine received an MBA from Concordia University - Wisconsin in 2006, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business in 1991, and studied Accounting at Purdue University 1986-1989.

Valli Perrine has two beautiful grown daughters and they enjoy visiting national parks and hiking mountains together.

Better scrutiny of where our tax dollars are being spent, with line item budget analysis.
Environment
Better collaboration and communication concerning our infrastructures, including septic to sewer, storm water plans & residential street flooding.
Communication
More interaction and transparency between the community and the commission board.
